MVR MOTORSPORTS
MVR motorsports has evolved from years of experience of its founder and the associates. What once started as an engineering startup in the year 2004 under the name Racing & Karting Engineering (P) Ltd with an objective to manufacture racing karts and racing cars, required a broader outlook as to how the events were organized in India and the level of infrastructure at that time. Which further led to the emergence of Motorsports Park & Infrastructure (P) Ltd in the year 2012. Parallelly, there has been Team Avalanche Racing which was competing in the JK Tyre National Racing Championship between the year 2013 to 2018. This gave a greater insight to create a level playing field and nurture an environment of team-based competition culture. In the year 2017, an ambitious project was initiated on the lines of Indian Premier League (IPL) of Cricket to be celebrated as the premier Formula Racing League of India. With years of deep thinking, experimentation and understanding what is required in the Indian context of Motorsports, an organized structure with a wholesome commercializing plan Vineet Rathi has brought the experts of the industry from India & abroad to formalize MVR Motorsports
VINEET RATHI
A racer, racing team owner, karting events planner & organiser, is the visionary CEO of MVR Motorsports, having more than 15 years of experience in Motorsports. His dream project to assemble Formula 3 spec cars to bring down the cost of the car by 44% compared to what it would be
if done in Europe got hit by the COVID19 situation. Restarting from where he left, MVR Motorsports brings the fresh breeze of ideas to make the Indian Motorsports more accessible & viable. Having good connect with European race car manufacturers and race engineers as well as partners & sponsors in and out of India to support the events he envisions to support other motorsports events along with our own.
ASHWINI RATHI
An MBA in Marketing & Finance along with Bachelors in Electronics & Telecommunication is the CFO of MVR Motorsports. Started her professional journey with Reliance Communications as a cluster head for customer care & training.
She is an IIT certified softskills trainer, associated with ICAI and Raisoni University. She has a keen eye in managing the finance & budgeting. She is an enthusiastic karter as well.
